How long does it take to receive my memorial piece?+
The full process takes approximately 3–4 weeks from order to delivery. This includes photo consultation, sculpting, your proof review, kiln firing, and tracked shipping. We reach out personally after your order to begin the process.
Do I need to upload photos before ordering?+
No. You can order now and provide photos later. After checkout, a member of our team will reach out personally to gather photos, notes, and design preferences at your own pace.
What if I'm not happy with the likeness?+
You'll receive a detailed proof of the sculpted piece before it goes into the kiln. If anything doesn't look right — the expression, the markings, any detail — we revise it for free. We don't fire the piece until you're happy.
Is this urn suitable for keeping ashes?+
Yes. Our urns are kiln-fired ceramic with a glazed interior that protects ashes from moisture. The lid is secure and sealed. Our standard size holds approximately 500 ml, suitable for most cats and small to medium dogs. For larger pets, we adjust sizing during consultation.
How much does it cost?+
Our signature portrait urn starts at £99 / $129 depending on your region. Premium add-ons (collar, wreath, or small prop) are available for an additional fee. Shipping is free on all orders.
What happens if my piece is damaged in shipping?+
Every piece ships with tracked, insured delivery in protective ceramic packaging. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, we remake and reship your piece at no additional cost.
