Overview
We begin with your pet's photo, translate it into a watercolor-style print, then finish it by hand so every piece carries a soft, lived-in tenderness.
How it's made
- Your pet's photo is translated into a watercolor effect and printed as a ceramic decal.
- The decal is applied and fired so the image becomes part of the glaze layer.
- Our artist adds hand-painted finishing touches, then the piece is fired again to seal it permanently.
The manufacturing time of any urn will be from two weeks to three weeks. If the urn is complex this time could be longer.
Personalization
- Name on the front (as shown in the reference)
- Dates (optional, no extra fees)
- A custom message on the back (typeset and printed, not handwritten, extra cost)
- Photos (please upload 1 clear photo to be interpreted on the urn)

Because every Everlou ceramic is handmade and kiln-fired, slight variations in weight, glaze, dimensions, and small hand-finished details are part of what makes each piece unique. Each memorial is created through an artistic process and shaped within the limits of our base forms, so it won't be a perfect 1:1 replica of your pet, but a heartfelt, handcrafted interpretation made to feel true to them.
Since every piece is made to order, we're unable to offer returns (if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right).

How accurate will the portrait be?
Very. Our artists work from your photos to sculpt and hand-paint every detail — fur patterns, eye colour, ear shape, and markings. You'll receive a preview photo before we kiln-fire, so you can request a revision if anything needs adjusting.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We include one free revision round before firing. If your urn arrives damaged in transit, we remake and reship it at no cost. We're committed to getting it right.
Is this urn suitable for keeping ashes?
Yes. Each urn is kiln-fired ceramic with a secure lid, designed to safely hold cremated remains. It's also beautiful enough to display openly in your home.
Do I need to upload photos before paying?
No. You can place the order first. A member of our team will contact you after checkout to gather photos and all customisation details.
Can I request changes before final production?
